By using icareinsure.com (the "Site"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Information only, no coverage
The Site gives general information about insurance. It is not an offer or contract of insurance. Submitting a form, text or call does not bind coverage. Coverage begins only when an insurance company approves your application and confirms it in writing, and is governed by the policy's terms, conditions, limits and exclusions.
Quotes and examples
Example prices are illustrations, not quotes. Any quote is an estimate based on the information you give and the insurance company's rules at that time, and can change. Tax credit amounts are estimates until the Marketplace approves them. You are responsible for giving complete and accurate information.
Licensing
Khoa Ho (NPN 21343179) and ICARE Group LTD. CO, LLC (NPN 21597702) are licensed only in Georgia, North Carolina, Texas, Florida, Tennessee and Alabama. We do not sell insurance in other states. Products and companies vary by state and county.

Nothing on the Site is legal, tax, financial or medical advice.

Links to sites such as HealthSherpa, HealthCare.gov, Georgia Access and insurance company websites are for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Site, submit false information, send spam, or try to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it.
Intellectual property
The ICARE name, logo and Site content belong to ICARE Group LTD. CO, LLC. Insurance company names are trademarks of their owners, used only to identify companies we can offer.
No warranty; limit of liability
The Site is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate but cannot promise it is complete, current or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, ICARE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the Site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Georgia law. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Gwinnett County, Georgia, unless the law of your state requires otherwise.

We may update these terms and will post the new date at the top.
